Because digital files are accessible immediately and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered.

We know that is not what everyone wants to hear, so here is what we ask instead.

If something is not working as expected, a file that will not open, a format that does not display correctly, or anything that feels like it is not what you expected based on the product description, please contact us before assuming the worst. In most cases, we can resolve the issue quickly, send you an alternative format, or walk you through getting the most out of your purchase.
