Because talent was never the thing holding makers back. Structure was. Templates turn "I hope this works" into "I know how to make this, again."
It started with the same frustration you know
Clay everywhere. A hundred ideas. And pieces that never quite matched. One earring a little bigger than the other, a shop full of one-offs that didn't add up to anything. We loved the making. We just couldn't make it repeatable.
So we figured it out the slow way: trial, error, wasted clay, and a lot of guessing. And somewhere in there it became obvious, the makers who actually sell aren't more gifted. They've simply stopped improvising.
A maker makes one. A brand makes it again, and sells it.
What a template really changes
A template isn't a shortcut around the craft, it's the part that lets the craft shine. Trace a proven shape and both pieces match. Follow exact proportions and a collection finally hangs together.
