How digital downloads work
Everything at Clay by Mia is digital — no physical items are shipped. Here's exactly what happens after you buy.
Getting your files
- Check out securely. Complete your purchase through Shopify's secure checkout.
- Get instant access. A download link appears on the order confirmation page right away.
- Check your inbox. You'll also receive an email with your download link, usually within a few minutes.
- Download and create. Save the files to your device and open them whenever you like.
File formats and devices
The guides and templates are delivered as PDF files. PDFs open on phones, tablets, and computers, and can be printed at home or at a print shop. Once downloaded, you can read them offline — no account or connection required.
Printing the templates
For accurate proportions, print at 100% / actual size (turn off "fit to page" or "scale to fit"). We recommend standard paper or, for templates you'll reuse often, slightly heavier cardstock.
Keeping your files safe
- Save a copy somewhere safe (your computer plus a cloud backup is ideal).
- Your purchase is for your own use — please don't share or resell the files. See our Terms of Use.
App access (if included)
Some products also include access to the Clay by Mia app for the period stated on the product page. Your downloaded files remain yours to keep regardless of app access.
